About us
The JOSA Hope Care and Share Centre Community-based Organization (CBO) is a legally registered organization operating within Nyamira County in Kenya, East Africa.
*JOSA’ is an acronym for Mr. & Mrs. Joseph and Salome Achira in whose memory the organization was started to carry on the legacy of their caring and sharing spirit in the community.
The Organization currently supports several causes, emphasizing education and the welfare of the vulnerable children and youths primarily in Nyamira County. Our offices are based in Bogichora Ward, West Mugirango Constituency, and Kiabonyoru ward Borabu Constituency.
Our Aspiration
By following the footsteps of Mr. & Mrs. Joseph and Salome’s teachings while they were alive and giving back to the community and by Christian learning experiences, all our members, their families, and their friends lead connected, meaningful, purpose-filled lives and make positive contributions to their communities and the world.

Vision
The JOSA Hope Care and Share Centre envisions a community of hope, caring, and sharing where vulnerable families are empowered and financially supported and their basic human needs are met on a daily basis.
Membership and Governance.
Membership is on a volunteer basis, with no paid positions as all of our funding is delegated towards completing the group’s objectives.

JOSA Hope Care & Share success stories
Education transforms society. Education is most powerful when it’s accessible to everyone in society. However, inadequate financial resources in families and community deny many young boys and girls the opportunity to complete primary/secondary school and/or tertiary education. With such grim statistics, JOSA CBO hopes that these success stories of beneficiaries will inspire, empower and motivate those in similar situations that all is not lost. It our earnest prayer that JOSA CBO would be Jesus’ hands and feet, and provide hope for the many vulnerable families.
